You can request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched. Once approved, prepaid refunds are initiated to the original payment method or another eligible channel.
Orders that are already packed, handed to courier, or shipped may not be cancellable. You may still contact support, and we will guide you based on order status.
Customized, specially curated, altered, wholesale, or bulk orders may not be eligible for cancellation once sourcing, packing, or customization has started.
