1. Before Dispatch
You can request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched. Once approved, prepaid refunds are initiated to the original payment method or another eligible channel.
2. After Packing or Dispatch
Orders that are already packed, handed to courier, or shipped may not be cancellable. You may still contact support, and we will guide you based on order status.
3. Customized or Bulk Orders
Customized, specially curated, altered, wholesale, or bulk orders may not be eligible for cancellation once sourcing, packing, or customization has started.
4. How to Cancel
Contact support with your order ID, registered phone number, and cancellation reason. We recommend raising the request as soon as possible after placing the order.
