1. Return Policy
- You can return your order within 7 days of delivery.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
- Returns are accepted only for eligible products.
- Refunds are processed after quality inspection.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is available within 7 days of delivery.
- You can exchange for size, colour, or another saree of equal or higher value.
- If the new product is of higher value, the price difference needs to be paid.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

We inspect the saree to ensure it meets our return policy.

Refund / Exchange
Refund is processed or replacement is shipped within 3-5 business days.
4. Refund Information
- Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For COD orders, refunds are processed to the bank account or UPI provided by you.
5. Important Notes
- Customized or specially curated sarees are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy.
