Return Policy
We want every saree to reach you in beautiful condition. Returns are handled with quick support and a clear inspection process.
Return Window
Return requests should be raised within 48 hours of delivery. The saree must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging.
Inspection
Once received, the product is inspected for tags, folds, fabric condition, and packaging. Approved refunds or exchanges are processed after inspection.
Exceptions
Customized orders, blouse alterations, bulk orders, and products damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
